Facts
Mr N Pompa brought claims against Mr Alexander Proud and West End Galleries Limited for age discrimination and breach of the Working Time Regulations 1998. The respondents did not attend the hearing. The claimant appeared in person at a remote hearing conducted by CVP on 3 December 2025.
Decision
Employment Judge Murdoch dismissed both claims following their withdrawal by the claimant at the hearing. The withdrawal meant the tribunal did not need to determine the merits of the claims.
