The respondent failed to pay wages for the period 1-30 June 2024 and failed to pay notice pay upon termination. Despite the claimants' repeated efforts to contact the respondent, they received no response. The respondent did not attend the hearing or defend the claims.

The tribunal found all claims for unauthorised deductions from wages and breach of contract (notice pay) to be well-founded. Mr Joe Lennon was awarded £3,063.20 in unpaid wages, £650 compensation for financial loss, and £2,500 notice pay. Mr Samuel Palmer was awarded £2,083.33 unpaid wages, £2,083.33 notice pay, and £1,040 statutory redundancy payment. Mr George Thomas and Miss Maddison Pegg were each awarded their respective unpaid wages and notice pay.
