Facts
Dr Masarrat Rasool brought multiple claims against Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust including unfair dismissal, unauthorised deduction from wages, and discrimination on grounds of sex, race and religion. At a hearing on 22 August 2025, the claimant withdrew all claims except for the direct discrimination claims.
Decision
The tribunal dismissed upon withdrawal all claims except the direct sex, race and religion discrimination claims. The withdrawn claims included unfair dismissal, unauthorised deduction from wages, and any other claims referenced in the two ET1 claim forms.
