This is a reconsideration application following an earlier judgment sent to parties on 6 November 2025. The claimant submitted two reconsideration applications, one dated 12 November 2025 and another submitted by her representative Mr Neckles on 11 November 2025. The judge found the applications sought to reargue a case that had already been thoroughly litigated and in places misrepresented what the judgment actually says.

Decision

Employment Judge Lewis refused both reconsideration applications on the basis that there is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked. The applications were deemed to be attempts to reargue an already litigated case rather than raising proper grounds for reconsideration.
