The First Claimant brought claims including unfair dismissal, automatic unfair dismissal, breach of contract, disability discrimination and failure to make reasonable adjustments. The Second Claimant brought claims of unfair dismissal, automatic unfair dismissal and breach of contract. The matter proceeded to a five-day full merits hearing in October 2025.
Decision
The tribunal dismissed all claims brought by both claimants. After hearing evidence over five days, the tribunal found none of the claims were well founded. Reasons were given orally at the hearing and written reasons were not automatically provided.
