Mr J Welch brought a claim for unauthorised deduction from wages against his former employer, 67 Crouch Street Ltd. A final hearing was scheduled for 11 August 2025 by remote video. Neither the claimant nor the respondent attended the hearing. The claimant also failed to provide any information about his claim.

Decision

Employment Judge S Shore dismissed the claim because the claimant did not attend the video hearing and had not provided any information that would enable the Tribunal to determine the claim. Both parties were absent from the hearing.

Practical note
