Facts

Ms Thorlu-Bangura brought claims against UK Health Security Agency including ordinary unfair dismissal, indirect sex discrimination, indirect pregnancy discrimination, automatic unfair dismissal, and direct pregnancy discrimination. During a preliminary hearing conducted remotely on 21 July 2025, she withdrew some of her claims while others remained to proceed to a full hearing.
