Facts

Mrs Monteiro brought claims against Royal Mail Group Ltd including a claim for unlawful deduction of wages. Royal Mail conceded that it had unlawfully deducted £766.12 from her wages. The Claimant withdrew her other claims.

The Tribunal accepted the Respondent's concession and made a declaration that Royal Mail had unlawfully deducted £766.12 from the Claimant's wages in breach of s.13 ERA 1996. The Tribunal ordered payment of that sum. The Claimant's other claims were dismissed on withdrawal.
