This is a reconsideration application following a full merits hearing judgment dated 17 March 2025. The claimant, Ms Catesby, brought claims against the Metropolitan Police and two individual respondents. The full merits hearing resulted in a judgment adverse to the claimant. Allegations of procedural unfairness were rejected; the tribunal had followed normal procedure, the panel had read the file after initial matters, and the claimant had been given full opportunity to participate and make closing submissions.
